Who We Are

AM Capital is an advisory company based in Singapore and Malaysia. We specialize in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), fundraising, and direct investment. Also, through our subsidiary – AMi Capital Partners, we have built project management services to clients. Thus we enlarge our service portfolio and offer the clients a “one stop” solution in investment process.

Being based in Malaysia, our geography focus is emerging and frontier markets in South East Asia and Europe. We have been building up relations with as global institutional investors – private equity and venture capital funds, banks, insurers, endowments, pension funds, fund of funds, as private investors, local project sponsors, consultants, legal advisers, etc.

Although sector agnostic, throughout the years, we have piled up vast expertise in the following areas:
